Custom Laser-Engraved Items

Due to the personalized nature of laser-engraved items, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged or defective. Please ensure all details provided for custom engraving (e.g., text, design, and material selection) are accurate at the time of purchase. In the rare event that there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item with photographic evidence.

Earrings

For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on earrings unless they are faulty or damaged upon arrival. If you receive a defective item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Custom Items

For non-customized products, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in saleable condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we will work with you to resolve the issue. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the problem, and photos of the product. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including covering return shipping costs.
